    The route from Buenavista del Norte to Las Arenas beach runs along an easy and pleasant close to the Atlantic and that allows us to enjoy the beautiful landscape of Teno between cliffs and lush vegetation. It is also known as the Sendero de Las Salinas for its variety of shallow pools that were used in the past as salt pans natural. This road had a great impact on the development of the town, hence its Historical importance. Its natural resources have already served as a livelihood for the Guanches and their Exploitation was the basis of the local economy until a few decades ago.
